Edo PDP LG Congress Appeal Panel Submits Report

Edo Peoples Democratic Party’s three-man Local Government Congress Appeal Panel, headed by Mr. Immanuel Penda, on Friday, submitted its report to the state’s chairman of the PDP, Tony Aziegbemi.
The report was submitted to the party chairman at the Edo PDP Secretariat in Benin City, in the presence of other top officials of the party in the state.
Presenting the panel’s report, Penda said, “We have finished our work. We didn’t receive any petition on the Edo State Local Government Area Congresses held across the state.
“On behalf of the PDP Electoral Appeal Panel on Edo State Local Government Area Congress, I present the report to the State Party Chairman.”
“We have finished our work as the congress was well-organized and no petition written. We didn’t receive any petitions, which shows that the PDP in Edo State is united and peaceful and has worked together to ensure that the exercise is very peaceful. We congratulate the party in Edo State,” he added.
