Nigerian-born British Senior Citizen, Dr. Daniel Osakwe Osifo’s final journey begins on Tuesday November 19, 2024 in London, United Kingdom.
According to a statement released by the Funeral Planning Committee, there will be a funeral service followed by an interment at a private grave in London.
Dr. Osifo joined his ancestors on Monday October 28, 2024. The great grandson of Oba (King) Eresoyen of the Great Benin Kingdom, he is survived by a few siblings, cousins, nephews and nieces, grandnephews and grandnieces and several friends.
Dr. Osifo spent the greater part of his life in the United Kingdom, where he made great impact in both public and private service and civil rights activism.
Until his death, he was a pensioner and the Director of Black Perspective In Volunteering Group Ltd, based in Hampstead, London, with involvement in management consultancy activities, research and experimental development on social sciences and humanities, among others. He will be sorely missed.
