Edo Police Command Gets New Image Maker

A new Public Relations Officer (PRO), Superintendent of Police (SP), Moses Joel Yamu has assumed duty in the Edo State Police Command.

He assumed duty on Wednesday, July 31, 2024.

SP Moses Joel Yamu took over from SP Chidi Nwabuzor who was redeployed to Delta State Police Command.

SP Yamu holds a Bsc in Public Administration from the Nasarawa State University and a Masters in Law Enforcement and Criminal Justice Ahmadu Bello University Zaria (In view). Also, he is a member of the National Institute of Public Relations.

Enlisted as a Cadet ASP Course 25 and trained in the prestigious Nigeria Police Academy, Wudil-Kano State.

Until his deployment to Edo, SP Moses Joel Yamu was a Staff Officer to the Deputy Inspector-General of Police, Department of Operations, Force Headquarters, Abuja.

He has also served in various capacities in the force including Public Relations Officer, Bauchi State Police Command and member of the Nigeria Contingent to foreign missions.
