Ninety four (94) years ago, on March 4th, 1930, an exceptional child of destiny was born into the legendary ONOYIVWINTA family of Ovu, in Ethiope East Local Government Area of Delta State.
His father, a very successful textile merchant named him Moses Onogharakpote Akpoyoware; and sent him to school. Moses who has turned his entire existence into a climate of courage, uncommon intelligence and victories is the current Otota (Prime – Minister) of Ovuorie – Ovu.
Because he has robustly defended and led; hypersensitive to traditional values cum justice; stimulated and stabilized his domain, Chief Moses Akpoyoware has made himself a temple of honour, respect and praise.
It is therefore a thing of pride, joy and with gratitude to God Almighty, that on behalf of my siblings in United States, Abuja, Lagos, Warri, Port – Harcourt and Ibadan etc, that l celebrate this orator per excellence: my father: the Otota of Ovuorie – Ovu.
