Benin City, Edo, Nigeria – An application that enables buying, selling and leasing of properties online has been launched in Benin City.
The App, Ogabliss.com, was introduced by Bliss Legacy Limited in the state capital on Sunday July 2, 2023.
The launch of the application came amid the Edo State government’s sustained efforts to create and promote a more business-friendly environment for investors.
According to a consultant of Bliss Legacy Limited, Pastor Salvation Onomroba, the platform enables investors to search and buy genuine and affordable properties in Benin City from the comfort of their homes, anywhere in the world.
He revealed that with Ogabliss.com developers can upload photos of their properties as it links buyers, sellers, tenants and landlords seamlessly, making real estate agents to do less and earn more.
Pastor Onomroba stated that the application which is available on Google play store and iOS devices is secured against incidences of fraud due to its reliable agents trained to execute local and documents verification of any properties uploaded for any purpose.
“We are in Benin now, anywhere you want to buy or sell a house or land in Benin, you can just upload the photos or log in to Ogabliss.com.
“Before we allow our client to pay or release any money, we do our own investigation, conduct search with EdoGIS (Edo State Geographic Information Service), we will also go to the place to do fact check.
“In our end, we will do as much as possible to reduce fraudulent properties in Benin City”, the consultant promised.
High point of the event was offer of land for sale in different locations in Benin City at reduced prices.
Notable real estate mogul, community leaders and representatives, civil servants, public workers and market women attended the ceremony.
