Be careful how you advertise for a secretary or Personal Assistant, else your enemies may send you one. Things have taken a dangerous dimension. The desperation to outdo one another has reached a frightening height!
That innocent staff of yours may just be planning your ultimate Demise or Downfall if you are not careful. The more harmless they look, the more harmful they are. Be careful of very quiet staff, who find loyalty and respect; they kill you quietly or as the Haitian Band – the Fugees said in one of their songs
Killing you softly
Your case is worse when you are a politically exposed boss. Whether you are a Politician, Government Official, High Net Security Official, Businessman with Competitors, or even Pastor or Imam, that staff closest to you might be your worst enemy.
Do not be carried away by their tribes, religion or sect, the forces that have tab on you, use different tactics. You have to pause and think, how come your competitors or opponents are a step ahead of you, these persons are called fifth columnists, those you tell or who have your greatest secret, but will be your greatest undoing in life .

You will need to get the phones of your staff and check whom they are chatting with or the traffic of documents from their phones. You will be amazed that your enemies are closing in on you.
Never allow your staff snap documents to send same to you, through his or her phone or he or she may be warehousing documents for your enemies or competitors. Snap with your phone and please have an office android phone that should always be in the office.
Avoid leaving your phones or personal laptop with your staff or they will download you out of existence. We are living in a very crazy generation and the earlier, you realized that the better for you. Some of the things happening in your office, if you discovered it, are stranger than fiction.

Be careful what you tell your staff about your secrets or shortcomings or who you talk to. Your Staff should never know your strength / weaknesses or those behind you, or they will sell you out to your enemies. You must make sensitive calls and have sensitive discussions alone, for your safety.
Never go for strategic meetings alone, go with at least some one, you need witnesses to fight the wickedness of this world. Again, do not easily agree to a Meeting with adversaries, sometimes they want to confirm your location to take you out.
Only a person that knows you and is sure of your identity can assassinate you. Be careful how you answer the question: “Where are you?”, that information may be the last you give out. Always answer your calls, it may save your life and it could help with information. The reason your enemies know much about you is because you tell your friends everything.

Your greatest enemies at work are your colleagues, who are your contemporaries. There is a lot going on in different organizations and bodies, but never you eat from the pot or drink from the cups of your enemies.
A lot goes on in Parties and Dinners and it gets to a stage in your life. You should never eat out at parties. Be careful how you ask people to buy you food, it is an easy way to target you.
When you travel and you lodge in a hotel always eat out and drink out. Bring in your food and drinks from third party vendors. Also give your loved ones the location, by sharing location, phone number, room number and name of the hotel. Call your loved ones to the hearing of the receptionist, as a lot of people are gone and never came back.
Always stay in a hotel; you can secure yourself from inside. Leaving the key at the door may not help, they can open the door with the reverse method.
