The Leadership Crisis which engulfed the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), Edo State Chapter, has been resolved with the suspension slammed on the Chairman, Dr Tony Aziegbemi lifted.
Edo State PDP Publicity Secretary, Mr. Chris Nehikhare, in a Statement at the weekend, said the State Working Committee of the Party lifted the suspension after a report of the Investigative Committee to examine allegation of gross misconduct exonerated and acquitted him.
The Statement observes that “the suspension has therefore been lifted.”
“Consequently, the Chairman, Hon. Tony Aziegbemi will resume his office with immediate effect”
“We thank all party members, supporters and leaders for their cooperation and support during this period of self audit.”
