Edo State Chairman of the AllEdo APC Commends Buhari  Over Appointment Of Odigie-Oyegun, Other Edo APC Members Into Federal Boards Progressives Congress (APC), retired Col. David Imuse has commendedPresident Muhammadu Buhari  over his recent appointments of some members of the party in the state into  Federal Boards.
In a statement released at the weekend by Victor Ofure Osehobo, the Assistant State Publicity Secretary of the party, Col. Imuse assured the President that appointees from the State, will as usual take their appointments seriously and use them as an opportunity to deploy their competence and wealth of experience in the service of their fatherland.
He said, “This is a call to service and an opportunity to serve the nation and I believe that those appointed will be focused, resourceful and dedicated”.
Recall that President Muhammadu Buhari, during the week appointed the former National chairman of the APC, Chief John Odigie-Oyegun as Chairman of the Governing Council of the University of Ibadan.
Also appointed by the President were Hon Chris Azebamwan, the Edo State Publicity Secretary of the ruling APC, as member of the Governing council of the Federal Polytechnic, Ukana, Akwa Ibom State, and Chief Francis Omoh, the Edo State Welfare Secretary of the party, as member of the governing council of the Hussaini Adamu Federal Polytechnic, Kazaure, Jigawa State.
