[dropcap]E[/dropcap]do Development and Property Agency (EDPA) and its partner, MIXTA Nigeria, have doubled resources to process requests for housing units in the Emotan Gardens estate as sales are said to continue across various platforms.

Executive Chairman, EDPA, Isoken Omo, disclosed this in a mail sent out to subscribers who had earlier filled out the expression of interest form to own properties in the estate, which is being developed by the agency in a joint-venture partnership with Mixta Nigeria, a leading real estate company.

In the mail, Omo said, “Thank you for showing an interest in the purchase of Emotan Gardens, Benin City. As you are aware, we have commenced the development of the estate and have properties that will be ready for occupation in December, 2018.

“We have commenced sales of the units and in furtherance to your earlier completed Expression of Interest Form to purchase a piece of this lifestyle estate, we attach herewith an application form, the price list and renderings of the different properties on offer.”

To purchase, the EDPA boss urged the subscribers to “print and complete the Application form; attach a recent passport photograph, copy of a valid ID card, copy of a recent utility bill and proof of payment for your preferred property and forward the completed form to our office – Edo Development and Property Agency, 3rd Floor, EDPA Building, by Ekiosa, Sokponba Road, Benin City.”

The estate which sits on an over 70-hectare land, at Upper Sokponba Road, Benin City, provides a range of affordable housing options for subscribers.
