Joined in the suit is Oyakhilome’s Manager,
Deacon Armstrong Oyakhilome.
The alleged debt, according to the plaintiff in his statement of claims, was the contract sum agreed upon for him to carry out photography and videography work for the defendants.
Mr. Olayinwola is also seeking N5m being general damage for breach of contract.
In the suit filed by his counsel, Elliot Oni, the plaintiff said two checks issued to him at various times could not be cleared.
The plaintiff said he took a loan to enable him complete the job and all efforts made by him to make the defendants pay him the money was unfruitful.
He said he had forfeited his car which he used to guarantee the loan for failure to pay back.
Olayiwola has also filed a motion ex-parte seeking leave of the court to serve the defendant court processes by means of substituted service.
