The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB), after the Combined Policy Meeting with stakeholders which took place yesterday, announced that the deadline for 2015/2016 admission exercise will be on Saturday, 31st October, 2015.
The JAMB Registrar, Prof. Dibu Ojerinde, who made the announcement, said that it was imperative for all vice-chancellors, rectors and provosts to abide by the agreement and ensure its implementation.
The general admission cut-off mark was approved at the meeting.
It was also agreed at the meeting that all stakeholders should stick to the 60:40 Science/Arts ratio and 70:30 Technology/Non-Technology ratios for admission.
Prospective candidates are to note that several tertiary institutions have announced the sale of Post-UTME application forms and details of their screening dates. Avoid scam please. (Campus Portal)
