Every 18th Of December has become a time for us to remember you, our Sister, Osakpawan Sandra Okunmwendia. Since you left us in 2008, we have never forgotten your absence in our lives. It’s always a fresh memory of you.
Every day brings a remembrance of you, how we stayed together, our last discussion and our lives as we grew up. I recall your last word to me: “Uyi, don’t eat sugar.” I feel sober when I remember you left too soon, but God Almighty, the Creator of Heaven and Earth knows why.
As we remember you today and always, heaven remembers you for your good works on earth. Your son, Chidiebere is doing well, though trials come, but God always keeps His promise of safety and provision.
We love you dearly! May God keep your family whom you left behind – protect your son and his father. And may God make His face shine upon your son and the entire family.
Until we meet at Jesus’s feet, keep resting in His bosom.
