APC Presidential Primaries: Buhari Declared Winner

Retired Military Head of State of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Maj.-General Muhammadu Buhari has been declared winner of the just concluded All Progressives Congress presidential primary election in Lagos State, thus securing his party’s ticket for the February 2015 presidential election.

General Muhammadu Buhari recorded 3, 430 votes, while Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar recorded 954 Votes, Rabiu Kwankwanso recorded 974 votes, Sam Nda-Isaiah recorded 10 votes, and Governor Rochas Owele Okorocha recorded 624 votes. 16 votes were declared invalid.
