The President of Dangote group of companies, Aliko Dangote has made known his decision to step aside as the President of the Council of the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE). Addressing the press, Dangote said his intention to step aside is as so as to focus more on expanding the companies footprints in Africa.
He stated that his stepping aside would give room to the former group managing director / CEO of the Access Bank Plc and first Vice-President of the council, Mr Aigboje Aig-Imuokheuede to step in as the President of the Council of the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE).
Aigboje Aig-Imuokhuede who started his banking career in the legal department at continental merchant bank and then moved to Prime Merchant bank, Guarantee trust bank and then became the managing director in Access bank.
